Lactigo
Know the rules

Say it right.

Three documents cover everything you need to promote Lactigo honestly: what is actually true of each formula, which claims we cannot substantiate, and how to talk about the business without overpromising. Read them once, then use them as a reference.

Companion Guide

The playbook. A condensed walkthrough of the two formulas, the Active Lifestyle brand pivot, honest income claims, social media rules, and a “say this, not that” matrix you can keep open while you write a post.

Which one do I need? If you are new, read the Companion Guide first — it is the fastest path to posting safely. The Handbook is the full training resource and the one to share with your team. Keep the Terms list open when you are drafting.

One principle runs through all three. The restrictions exist because the claims behind them are not true of our product — not because certain words attract attention. So a substitute phrase, an image, or a hashtag that gets the same idea across is restricted on exactly the same grounds. Where these documents offer you a different way to say something, it is because that statement is true, not because it is harder to catch.

These pages are the same documents distributed as PDFs in the back office. Compliance guidance changes as regulations do — check back here for the current version rather than relying on a saved copy. Questions about a specific post are always worth asking before you publish.
